What Do the Status Messages Mean?
Application Received
Your application has been successfully submitted at the passport office. No action needed.
Documents Under Verification
Your documents are being reviewed by NADRA staff. This stage takes 1–5 days.
Police Verification Pending
A local police officer needs to verify your address. This is standard for first-time applications. Stay available at your registered address.
Printing in Progress
Your passport data has been approved and the document is being printed. Usually takes 1–2 days.
Dispatched
Your passport has been sent to the courier or collection center. Check your SMS for tracking details.
Ready for Collection
Your passport is ready. Visit the passport office with your acknowledgement slip to collect it.
Returned to Office
The courier was unable to deliver. Visit the office directly with your acknowledgement slip.
